Our 100% grass-fed beef is pedigree South Devon, they are slowly matured until they reach natural growth at 24-28 months old. From our very own suckler herd, all beef is then hung on the bone for 28 days, to develop a wonderfully rounded depth of flavour. As a family we work in harmony with nature and our cattle to achieve a consistently delicious taste and texture, with excellent marbling in all meat.
